4. Course Enrollment and Payment
4.1 Course Enrollment
When you enroll in one of our courses or training programs, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable fees as described at the time of enrollment.
- Comply with all course requirements, including attendance policies and assignment deadlines.
- Use the course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
4.2 Payment Terms
Course fees are stated in euros (€) and are subject to change without notice until you complete your enrollment. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy (Section 4.3).
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
4.3 Refund Policy
You may request a refund for a course under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials.
- If we cancel the course before it begins, in which case you will receive a full refund.
- In exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.
To request a refund, you must contact us in writing, stating your reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, videos, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of CyprusDevOps or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 License to Use Course Materials
When you enroll in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. This license is conditional upon your continued compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees.
5.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, rent, lease, loan, or sublicense any part of our Services or course materials.
- Modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our Services or course materials.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyprusDevOps, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of our Services;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any rights of another; or
- Your User Content.
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
10. Term and Termination
These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use our Services. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our Services, for any reason, including without limitation, your breach of these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to access and use our Services will immediately cease;
- We may delete or deactivate your account and all related information and files; and
- Any provision of these Terms that, by its nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between you and CyprusDevOps regarding your use of our Services, and supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between you and CyprusDevOps regarding your use of our Services.
13.2 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of CyprusDevOps.
13.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
